Dawna Capps Evans
Dawna Capps Evans is President & CUO of WÜLF, LLC a management and insurance consulting firm specializing in InsurTech, Start-Ups and MRB’s (Marijuana Related Businesses.)
She has more than 25 years of experience in the Property/Casualty Industry in senior leadership roles focused on Specialty Underwriting, MGA/Affinity Programs and Risk Management.
Prior to launching WULF, LLC Dawna spent 16 years at Travelers Insurance in various leadership roles; most recently as the P&C Leader in Sao Paulo, Brazil for Travelers newly created commercial insurance company in South America.
Dawna holds the distinguished CRM (Certified Risk Manager) and CIC (Certified Insurance Counselor) designations, is currently an adjunct professor for the Goodwin College Insurance Certification program and is a graduate of St. Bonaventure University with a degree in Business Marketing.
Manager of Marketing and Member Services
Sandy Levenduski is the Manager of Marketing and Member Services at The National Cannabis Risk Management Association (NCRMA). She is responsible for marketing programs, brand management, and membership. Prior to joining the NCRMA, she managed marketing departments, sales, and partnerships.
Sandy’s greatest strengths are her creativity, drive, and efficiency. She thrives on challenges and loves achieving goals. Sandy is experienced in marketing with a demonstrated history of working in the computer software and insurance industries. She is skilled in event planning, community outreach, management, customer service, advertising, research, and sales. Sandy is licensed in Property and Casualty Insurance.
She is involved in community programs and is the treasurer of the Elk County Volunteer Alliance. Sandy also continues involvement as an alum of Sigma Kappa Sorority.
Sandy holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a Concentration in Marketing from Lock Haven University of Pennsylvania.
Chief Information Officer
Jon Craig is chief information officer at NCRMA. He is responsible for providing the global communications, computing, and security infrastructure that enables NCRMA’s internal business operations as well as a variety of external hosting and services for NCRMA customers.
Additionally, Jon and his team strive to be the first adopter, biggest influencer, and best promoter of relevant NCRMA Services. He routinely shares his insights in optimizing business results through the use of technology, developing world-class services and teams, fueling innovation, and enabling IT operational excellence.
Prior to joining NCRMA, Jon was senior vice president and chief information officer of Conway E&S. With more than 20 years in the high tech industry, he has also served in various IT leadership positions at Fifthwall Solutions, Marconi, and Black Bottle Security. Jon holds a degree from the University of Richmond.
Rocco offers unique and powerful know-how to many businesses. His skill set combines a sound technical background with extensive process experience at mid and executive levels of general and operations management, project management and broad leadership roles. He has successfully applied his passionate and committed leadership style through C LEVEL and BOD permanent and interim positions in various industries. Rocco has navigated a successful 30+ year career with an execution- based philosophy fueled by passion and commitment to the principles of planning, formal project management, accurate measurement and reporting and single point task accountability. In serving companies from start-up to Fortune 500, he has been part of achieving multiple team victories through creating the proper organizational architecture (right people in the right places) from a foundation made up of the key building blocks of execution. A solid and strong affinity for strategy, innovation and lessons learned based corrective action have been the background for his career.Rocco earned a BSc. in Chemical Engineering from The Pennsylvania State University, 1982 and is a veteran of the automotive components manufacturing industry.
The co-founder and current sole owner of Conway E&S, Inc., a national specialty wholesale brokerage, managing general agency, program management, and captive management firm based out of Pittsburgh, PA, and formed in 1996. Jeff holds producer licenses in all 50 states and the US Virgin Islands and surplus lines licenses in 46 states. Since 2008, Jeff has spent most of his time creating and managing captives and specialized insurance programs. Jeff is an active member of the National Association of Professional Surplus Lines Offices, the American Association of Managing General Agencies, the Professional Lines Underwriting Society, Target Markets Association, and the Captive Insurance Company Association. Jeff is a 1990 graduate of Drake University with a degree in Business Finance.
Brian Nelson serves as Chief Underwriting Specialist for Garnet Solution, LLC. Mr. Nelson has over 20 years of insurance and risk management experience. He has served the roles of VP of Partner Development, Regional Underwriting Manager, and Branch Manager for several large international insurance carriers. Additionally, Brian executed the role of Risk/Insurance Manager for a national construction/roofing company and practiced law, with an emphasis on insurance related issues, at a Pittsburgh based firm. Brian also served as a broker and member of specialty internal resource team for a large national insurance brokerage.
Mr. Nelson is a member of the PA Bar, completing the requirements of his J.D. at Duquesne University. He also received an M.B.A. from St. Francis University and B.S. in Environmental Science for Susquehanna University. He holds the Associate in Risk Management Designation from IIA.
